Is Coaching Right For You?​

I can’t say I would have had the courage to face (and leave) a toxic work environment, see my vulnerabilities as strengths, and advocate for myself and others without a coach and mentor.  Most importantly, I would not have had the resources to pursue the work that genuinely fulfills me. 

 

Having a coach is incredibly effective if you have a stressful workload or need someone to help you reach your professional goals.  It can be overwhelming to manage your work/life balance.  I have served as an advocate, cultural activist, and engagement specialist in the nonprofit world and in my community.  I am here to offer you and/or your team a unique approach to engagement, leadership, and inclusivity regarding workplace engagement and feedback support.

Executive Package:

$1250 for 6 weeks (Six 1-hour sessions)

This package is for you if:

  • Your organization has raw talent. Your challenge is to develop, engage, and prepare your team for the leadership positions you need them to fill.  

  • Your employees are experts and strong contributors, but they could contribute even more to the team with more vital people skills, soft skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage change, receive feedback, and lead confidently.  

  • You want to incorporate thorough, effective internal communication amongst your team and need support in outlining its structure.

  • You are considering a structural shift in your team, the vision, or the mission and need an objective thought partnership.

  • Same as above, but you need seasoned, unbiased facilitation for your team meeting.​

Leadership and Communications Package:

$1000 - for 6 weeks (Six 1 hour sessions)

 

  • Need help with constructing accurate narratives for a selected audience?  

  • How about support with company/org-wide communication goals?

  • Are you trying to improve morale, responsiveness, and positivity among your team?

  • Need support navigating, giving, and receiving feedback within your team?

  • Facilitation - Objective Facilitation for (limited) team/staff meetings.  

  • Thought Partnership - How to build leaders within your team, have an objective sounding board, and refine your approach to a project, program, or goal!
